The rivalry is classic. East Coast vs. West Coast. Of course, there’s enough of “Blind Leading The Blind” to go around, even when film festivals fight over it. Also, the rumor that the LA version contains nudity are unfounded...we’re almost certain of it. To be sure, go check it out: Sunday, September 16, 2007, LA Short Fest, at the AMC Burbank Town Center, 770 N. First St., 3PM, in Los Angeles. Then, head east as fast as you can and catch it at the Loisaida Film Festival, in La Plaza Cultural Community Garden, 9th Street and Avenue C, at 5PM, in New York City. We’re pretty sure the NYC screening is the “PG” one.
